Saddle Skedaddle
Newcastle upon Tyne NE6 1LL 0191 265 1110

Set up in 1995 by Andrew Straw and Paul Snedker, both seasoned travellers and experienced cyclists, Saddle Skedaddle has
established itself as the premier independent biking company in the UK. Both are still very hands on and guide many of the trips, avoiding the
office as much as possible!
The Skedaddle HQ can be found in the aptly named Byker in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. There’s a local Geordie saying, ‘nowt’s
a bother’ - which pretty much sums up that extra something that’s added to our trips that transforms them from good to magical.
"Going that extra mile for our customers isn’t an obligation - it’s just what we do."
Our guides are all experienced cyclists and travellers. They take care of all of the planning and organisation, leaving you
free to get on your bike and enjoy the ride. All first-aid trained, they are friendly, approachable, always willing to help and happy to give
advice or tips. If you get a puncture or have a problem with your bike, they will help you sort it out. They’re also very nice people!
"It’s the attitude of the guides that helped us kick straight into holiday mode and start to enjoy the great rides and superb
scenery."
"The guides provided lots of TLC with genuine concern for everybody’s health and happiness."
