The Lake District in Cumbria is often described as being like the country's best adventure playground, and an ideal place for Sports. The range of sports that take place in Cumbria is staggering, from the longer established traditional Lakeland ones like Rock Climbing and Walking, to the newer crazes like Wake Boarding and Microlighting. You can do it all here, under the watchful eye of skilled instructors, who will guide beginners with just as much vigour as the more accomplished protagonist.

including 4x4 offroad, caving, clay pigeon shooting, rock climbing, cycling and mountain biking, fell running, ghyll scrambling, hi-wire, orienteering, paintballing, quad biking, horse riding, skiing, snowboarding and walking.

2. Lake District Sports on Water

canoeing, diving, jetskiing, kayaking, sailing, wake boarding, waterskiing and windsurfing.

3. Lake District Sports in the Air

hot air ballooning, gliding, paragliding, hang gliding, parachuting and microlighting.
