Cleves Avenue runs north along the western boundary of Ferryhill. On the right side of the photograph are the two posts marking the entrance to Duncombe Cemetery.
Rudds Hill is the southern outcrop of the limestone escarpment to the west of the Ferryhill Gap. Superb views are available to the south. The housing estate was built in the late 60's/early 70's.
